If you are not satisfied with any item, return unused products in new condition in their original packaging for a full refund less the cost of shipping and handling.
To request a return and refund, contact Riehl’s Quilts and Crafts at (800) 957-7105 Mondays through Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or leave a telephone message.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition with no damage.
• All returns should be shipped insured to Riehls Amish Quilts and Crafts, 247 East Eby Road, Leola, PA 17540
• The postmark or shipping label for the return must indicate a return shipping date 15 days or less from the shipping date from Riehls.
• Refund will be offered by a credit to the credit card used for the purchase and may not appear until your next month's credit card statement.
• Food goods cannot be accepted for return.
• Save the order notification emailed to you with your order to reference with any returns.
* Contact UPS (U.S. domestic shipments) or US Postal Service (international shipments) regarding products damaged during shipment. All shipments are insured by Riehls. Damaged shipments are the responsibility of UPS or the USPS as the shipper.
